More about me
Hello Everyone,
My name is Chimichurri and I am new to the Sula. Despite my spicy name, my spirits are a little low… As you can see in the picture, I hung my head down as a sign of resignation after I was surrendered by my former “family.” Gentle hands are lifting me up to tell me I will be okay. Soft touch feels like love… 🤲🐶🤗
As I have a small internal pity party, I realize that at least I am safe. I try to convince myself that my life will be better now, and I am working hard to see the glass half-full world in front of me. 🌦️🌴🌺
Maybe I was surrendered because I could not be cared for the way any dog deserves. I am not on a street fending for myself, I am loved from the moment I stepped my foot into the vet’s office and Sula rescue. Everyone will work hard to find me my true FOREVER HOME.
As Cher sings, I believe in life after love. There must be a life out there filled with greater love than I have experienced thus far.
🎶🎶❤️🔥
[…] "What am I supposed to do?
Sit around and wait for you?
Well, I can't do that
And there's no turning back
I need time to move on
I need a love to feel strong
'Cause I've had time to think it through
And maybe I'm too good for you, oh
Do you believe in life after love?"[...]
(Cher, Believe, 1998).
Sending my love, Chimichurri🩷
What does it cost to adopt me?
The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.
What does the fee include?
First of all, vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed, as well as spay or neuter by our vet. Secondly, food and care while at SULA (we love all our rescues, and pour our hearts out each day to provide best life possible). Further, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, harness and leash for arrival. Lastly, our endless love.
