Grace was brought into the shelter by our wonderful team, after seeing her get hit by a car.
This little girl is only 3 months old and already facing life head on in the headlights.
She has a swelling and broken or dislocated rear leg/hip.
At the moment she is having tests, and being given anti-inflammatories to reduce her pain and swelling, before our vet decides on her course of treatment.
Grace has been on the streets so will also be under quarantine as she could be harboring diseases like distemper or parvo virus, diseases that can not only affect her but also bring it into the shelter, and can be fatal, particularly to puppies.
So Grace is not only fighting to save her leg but also to stay alive.
With Paloma our vet we will help her fight and do our best to get her through this precarious time.
It would be amazing if at the end of this journey and hopefully at the beginning of the rest of her life, she had somebody waiting to give her an amazing home 🥰

What does it cost to adopt me?

The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.

What does the fee include?

First of all, vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed, as well as spay or neuter by our vet. Secondly, food and care while at SULA (we love all our rescues, and pour our hearts out each day to provide best life possible). Further, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, harness, and leash for arrival. Lastly, our endless love.
