More about me

Hi Everyone,

"Live For Today" -The Sweet (YouTube, 1977). Our band is breaking up...🎸

My name is Licorice and I am part of the sibling group of 4. We called ourselves The Sweet Doggos to honor the amazing rock band of 70-ties – The Sweet. The only girl in the group – Sherbet is the vocalist, Toffee plays electric guitar (Stratocaster of course), I play the base, and Nougat rock the keyboard. For drums we used techy stuff…💻⌨️

Unfortunately, our band has to break up and we are seeking an audience (families)… We get along amazingly, do not think that we are as wild as some of the rock bands. We have had an amazing career together, but our manager (human who took care of us since the day we were born) must help his immediate family. Even as ROCKSTARS we understand that family is everything, and the most legendary bands break up. Our mom was rescued by our person while pregnant, and we were looked after with outmost love and devotion. ⚕️🎶

Our idols - The Sweet have an amazing song called “Live For Today,” and that is what we are all about. We live each day to the fullest and love passionately. We hope to find individual homes for each of us that will help us grow and become solo artists (dogs) or maybe join an existing band (dogs in your home). 💓🐕🐩🏠

ROCK ON! Licorice.

What does it cost to adopt me?

The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.

What does the fee include?

First of all, vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed, as well as spay or neuter by our vet. Secondly, food and care while at SULA (we love all our rescues, and pour our hearts out each day to provide best life possible). Further, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, harness and leash for arrival. Lastly, our endless love.
