More about me
Meet Lupita she is one of our super seniors. She has been with us for over two years now, she did spend some time in a foster, where she did amazingly well.
She is about 7 years old now, and really deserves a person of her own, who is happy to just have her around. She likes a walk, but does not need a long one, she would even be happy with just some outside space to do her business.
One of our volunteers said her favorite position is rolling on her back, she loves belly rubs.
We want this beautiful older lady to have a chance of a home, even if it is a foster home.
Please there must be somebody out there.
Whilst she is at the shelter we would really like to find a sponsor or virtual adopter, somebody who can help support her, who we can send updates and photos to.
What does it cost to adopt a dog?
The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.
What does the fee include?
This includes vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed to get him healthy, spay or neuter by vet, food and care while at SULA, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance and any needed meds before flying, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, a sweater and harness for arrival, and endless love.
