Hi Everyone,

My name is Sierra and I am a Doberman lady who is 1.5 years old (as determined by the vet). I am not a wild Mexican animal released to be free, yet someone has abandoned me in the mountains. 🦎🦜With that said, I do not have a pure breed certificate, and even if I did – most likely I would lose it in the Mexican wilderness (I do not have pockets). 🗒️Somewhere along the way I suffered an injury to my tail and it got very infected, to the point that amputation is the only option. I will still be a stunning gal; I just need to put a bit of weight on and get through all the medical protocols.

The hope is that even though I am not a pocket pooch there is a Doberman lover somewhere who would like to share their life with me. I have a lot to offer and we can share amazing adventures together. Maybe my forever home has lizards like the ones I have seen, maybe horses or goats – who knows? Chance it that I may see snow (what’s that? I just heard that word at the vet). 🌄🗻❄️☃️

I could live anywhere if there is love, tenderness and care. 💗Joy, I have and I can bring it with me – there is enough to share. I am a giver, you know?

What does it cost to adopt me?

The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.

What does the fee include?

First of all, vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed, as well as spay or neuter by our vet. Secondly, food and care while at SULA (we love all our rescues, and pour our hearts out each day to provide best life possible). Further, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, harness and leash for arrival. Lastly, our endless love.
