More about me...

More about me

My name is Suzi and I am a 3-year-old lady who weighs 14 kg (30 lbs). Since we have my stats out of the way let me tell you something about me. I have been posted for adoption 2 years already, and I am overlooked just like so many black dogs… 💔🖤Even though I have stylish tan socks and belly I was born as non-flashy and not a small dog… Sigh… Double whammy of my coat color and size is the reason I believe that I am still not adopted… What else could it be?🤯

I love dogs, kids, all people, I am social, well adjusted and called a great dog by everyone at the shelter. Yet here I am still hoping to find a loving home – 2 years from my rescue… Do you ever wish you looked differently in order to be seen by others? Truly seen? 🪞✖️

Sometimes I wake up at the shelter with my rescue friends and just for a second think that there is someone at the gate for me. I hear my name and see a person coming towards me. Their voice is excited as they point at me. Lisa grabs a leash out of her pocket, and I am walked out of the shelter… I am going HOME. MY OWN FOREVER HOME. Unfortunately, that is just a left-over dream from last night… 💤🐩😶‍🌫️

Is there anyone out there willing to give me a loving home? I will show you the true meaning of love, and life with a faithful companion. I will be your world, and you will be mine.🌹🏡
