We were contacted by a school girl who had found Toby, he had just been run over. We took Toby in and an operation was done to try to save his back leg. After the surgery he would not use the leg and his paw was becoming sore as he only dragged it, so the decision needed to be made to amputate it. Although he is s tripod this does not stop him enjoying life like any other dog, however not a candidate for very long hikes as three legs requires more effort. If you like biking Toby may well love to go for adventures in a doggy cart. ❤️
Toby is good with other dogs and he loves affection, a great Netflix buddy to cuddle up with.
Toby is possibly the sweetest dog you will ever meet, he has eyes that make you melt and he deserves to have a family that will give him all the love and care he needs.

What does it cost to adopt a dog?

The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.
